See exclusive photos of the new AI-Themed Big Brother season 26 house \u2014 Artificial intelligence is taking over!<\/p>\n

Move over, Zingbot! There’s a new artificial intelligence inside the\u00a0Big Brother<\/em>\u00a0house. CBS has revealed the theme for the upcoming season of\u00a0Big Brother 26<\/em>. And, in line with our modern-day discourse about AI-generated content, the hit summer reality show will be centered on its own “BB Artificial Intelligence,” or “BB AI.”<\/p>\n

“From summer camp, to tech, to the multiverse,\u00a0Big Brother<\/em>\u00a0loves to put a twist on topical and pop culture themes,” said Executive Producers\u00a0Allison Grodner<\/strong>\u00a0and Rich Meehan\u00a0<\/strong>in a press release.\u00a0“This summer\u2019s ‘BB AI’ theme promises to bring the fun, the comedy, and the unexpected gameplay that is a hallmark of\u00a0Big Brother<\/em>.”<\/p>\n

Naturally, this encourages rampant speculation about what an AI theme could mean. Could an algorithm determine Have-Nots? Is there a chance of getting an “America’s Player”-like twist with one houseguest being told what to do via a machine? Would everyone’s Memory Wall photos be made via AI art?<\/p>\n

The one thing we do know right now is that “BB AI” has already manifested itself in the decor of the house. Outfitted with 94 HD cameras and more than 113 microphones, we’ll watch houseguests scheme and schmooze behind these walls, becoming as familiar with the furniture and decorations as our own house. Of course, “BB AI” has their fingerprint on the living situation, as bedrooms were “created” using specific prompts.<\/p>\n

The HoH Room for instance, was given the prompt \u201cCreate a refreshing retreat for the Head of Household.” The front bedroom is a futuristic room for 5 set in the year 2500. The side bedroom takes us to a fantasy fairy garden, complete with unicorns on the walls. The back bedroom is a\u00a0sci-fi\u00a0rocky planet setting, as the houseguests sleep teetering on the edge of a rocky crag of an island in the sky. But when the prompt was given to creat the Have-Not Room, “BB AI” crashed, leaving only a cold wireframe skeleton to sleep on.<\/p>\n
