The organisers of Big Brother Naija have confirmed that housemate Sabrina has exited the ongoing 10th season of the reality show for medical reasons.
On Monday morning, Sabrina informed her fellow housemates that she was taking a voluntary exit due to health concerns. Later that afternoon, the show’s organisers released a statement on X, confirming that she would be leaving the House for further medical evaluation.
According to the statement, Sabrina had earlier consulted with Big Brother and the on-site medical team, after which it was agreed she should undergo a more thorough medical investigation outside the House.
“Prior to this, she had a consultation with Big Brother and the on-site medical team, where it was decided that she had to leave the house for a more thorough medical investigation,” the statement read in part.
The organisers reiterated their commitment to safeguarding the health and wellbeing of all housemates, stating that this remains their top priority at all times.
Sabrina’s departure has left both fans and housemates emotional. Her close friend in the House, Kola, was visibly shaken and broke down in tears shortly after the announcement.
