Recently evicted BBNaija 10 housemate, Tracy Ekwe, has opened up about why she turned down fellow contestant Kuture’s attempt to take their friendship to the next level.
Speaking in a post-eviction interview with Classic FM Lagos, Tracy revealed that while Kuture wanted a romantic relationship, she felt they weren’t compatible.
“Kuture is my friend. He wanted more, but I didn’t. He can’t be my person, even though he’s amazing. We simply have two very different personalities,” she said.
Tracy described Kuture as talkative, adding that his outspoken nature isn’t her ideal in a partner. She explained that although there were traits she wasn’t comfortable with, she chose not to push him to change.
“There were some things about him I wasn’t okay with, but I didn’t want to change him. This is a game, and maybe that’s why people like him. I realized people like Kuture because he’s a parrot. Imagine if he became quiet—he might have gone home already,” Tracy noted.
Concluding her thoughts, she emphasized that while Kuture remains a good friend, he is “just not my type.”
