Hormones are important in women’s health and well being especially as they play important roles.

When the body’s hormones fluctuates, it tells on every part of the body as it manifests in different ways resulting in different reactions in the body.
These signs may indicate hormonal imbalance:

1. Mood Swings

When constantly switching between moods especially happy, sad,depressed and more without a reason then there could be a hormonal problem.

2. Fatigue

Constant fatigue/weakness even after feeding well, not sick and so on may be an indicator of hormonal imbalance.

3. Low Libido

Low libido or loss of sexual appetite may be as a result of imbalance in the body.

 
 
4. Indigestion

Slow food breakdown as a result of indigestion which causes bloating, cramps in the stomach and more may indicate an imbalance.

5. Weight loss/gain

When your weight reduces or increases dramatically without any thing i particular causing this, there may be a hormonal imbalance issue.

6. Hot flashes and abnormal sweating

Frequent hot flashes followed by sweating and body tingling may be an indicator of hormonal imbalance.

7. Insomnia/lack of sleep

Insomnia or total lack of sleep may indicate hormonal imbalance.
