English Footballer and Bournemouth player penned a heartfelt tribute to Sunderland fan and mascot, Bradley Lowery who died on Friday, July 7 after a batter with cancer.

Six-year-old Bradley Lowery following his diagnosis with neuroblastoma, a rare kind of cancer became friends with the premiership club and the ex-Sunderland star striker.

He formed a remarkably close bond with striker Jermain Defoe, with the England international regularly visiting Bradley and his family, both at home and in hospital.
